			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jin has a passion for the ministry of reconciliation and a vision for the visible unity of the global church. He was born in Korea in 1968, came to the US with his family in 1975, and grew up in South Carolina and Georgia in multiethnic environments.</p>
<p>Jin is the founding pastor of <a href="http://www.cando.org" target="_blank">Church of All Nations</a>, chartered as a Presbyterian Church congregation. He is also currently moderator of the Presbytery of the Twin Cities Area (a group of 69 Presbyterian churches), chair of Cross Cultural Alliance of Ministries, serves on the boards of the Greater MN Association of Evangelicals and Greater Minneapolis Council of Churches, is a Presbyterian Church delegate to the National Council of Churches, and was formerly president of Presbyterians For Renewal.</p>
<p>He holds degrees from Georgia Tech, Princeton Seminary, and a doctor of ministry from Columbia Seminary.</p>
<p>Jin’s household includes his wife Soon Pac, Claire Nicea (10), Austin Athanasius (8) and Jin&#8217;s parents. He is an avid golfer, enjoys volleyball, basketball, racquetball and Monopoly, and will one day pick up ice fishing!</p>

<p>He is the senior pastor of <a href="http://sanctuarycov.org" target="_blank">The Sanctuary Covenant Church</a> in Minneapolis and president and board chair of <a href="http://www.sanctuarycdc.org/" target="_blank">The Sanctuary Community Development Corporation</a>, and also consults on issues of multi-ethnicity, leadership, and community development for churches, educational institutions, and other organizations. Efrem is an itinerant speaker with Kingdom Building Ministries, has held positions with churches, parachurch organizations and community foundations, and is author of the books, <em><a href="http://www.amazon.com/Raising-Young-Heroes-Developing-Revolutionary/dp/0830832092/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&amp;s=books&amp;qid=1240944597&amp;sr=8-1" target="_blank">Raising Up Young Heroes</a></em> and <em><a href="http://www.amazon.com/Hip-Hop-Church-Connecting-Movement-Shaping/dp/0830833293/ref=pd_bxgy_b_img_b" target="_blank">The Hip Hop Church</a></em>.</p>
<p>Efrem is a graduate of Saint John’s University and Luther Theological Seminary. Currently, he is a doctoral student in Church Leadership at Bethel Seminary.</p>
<p>He is married to Donecia and has two daughters, Jaeda and Mireya.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sandra and her family moved to St. Paul in 2003 to build relationships with neighborhood families and join the fight against poverty on the East Side, a racially and socio-economically diverse neighborhood.</p>
<p>She is Covenant Community Pastor at <a href="http://www.whchurch.org" target="_blank">Woodland Hills Church</a> and founder of <a href="http://theliftcdc.org/" target="_blank">The Lift Community Development Corporation</a>, an urban neighborhood ministry that helps students work on academics, life skills and job training. She has also ministered at Willow Creek Community Church in Chicago and Kensington Community Church in Troy, Michigan.</p>
<p>Sandra is a graduate of Bethel Seminary and is pursuing a doctorate in education from the University of St. Thomas.</p>
<p>She and her husband Dave have two kids, Connor and Hadley, and in her spare time she plays tennis and reads.</p>

<p>He is the senior pastor of <a href="http://www.whchurch.org" target="_blank">Woodland Hills Church</a> and founder of <a href="http://www.christusvictorministries.org" target="_blank">Christus Victor Ministries</a>. <p>Greg received his Ph.D. from Princeton Theological Seminary, his M.Div. from Yale Divinity School and his B.A. from the University of Minnesota.</p>
<p>He and his wife Shelley have been married for 30 years and have three children and two grandchildren.</p>

His previous ministry work includes running a Christian residential program for men transitioning out of prison, directing an overseas mission program in Haiti, and working as a clinical social worker both in inner-city agency settings as well as in private practice as a therapist.</p>
<p>Kevin has an undergraduate degree in biblical studies from Northwestern College and a graduate degree in clinical social work from the University of St. Thomas.</p>
<p>Outside his role at Woodland Hills, Kevin&#8217;s small group has formed a non-profit ministry targeting the needs of the Latino community called Amigo Cercano. He and his wife Gwyn and children Josiah, Kaiah, and Aleyah live in Brooklyn Park.</p>

Tree of Life Church was birthed 17 years ago for the sole purpose of winning, sending and preparing Godly leaders from the inner city of Minneapolis and St. Paul.</p>
<p>He has a bachelor&#8217;s degree from Southern University and his B.S. in Biblical Studies from Students for Christ Bible College.</p>
<p>Warren was born and raised in Los Angeles; he and his wife Nadine have two children, and have been married for 26 years. They have traveled in ministry to Argentina, China, Trinidad and Guatemala to assist in strengthening the local church.</p>
